Hicoria Pines Homes, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, equal housing opportunity provider and employer. We were formed to bring the USDA Rural Development, Mutual Self-Help Housing Program and the 502 Direct Loan Program to our communities.
By working in partnership with USDA, local contractors, individuals and families, we are able to assist families in obtaining homeownership!
This program mirrors the "barn raising" of the Quakers, with neighbors helping neighbors to build their homes together. No construction experience is necessary. Hicoria Pines Homes provides the guidance and the tools.
